Service Manager Jenny Fraser says City Toyota has saved the time and expense of multiple phone calls,
finding a big percentage of their communication can be relayed via LocateMy Phone's Bulk SMS service.
"The Service Department at City Toyota uses LocateMy Phone's Bulk SMS daily," she says.
"Instead of having one of our staff make in excess of 30 phone calls a day, we find that about 25 of
these contacts can be reached in one hit via Bulk SMS."
The time saved on phone calls has increased productivity at City Toyota - and they've saved money, too.

After a successful trial period with LocateMy Phone, Jenny says City Toyota already plans to send
service reminders to customers via Bulk SMS.
Keeping Track with LocateMy Asset
LocateMy Phone's asset location technology has also been adopted by City Toyota.
The business has installed LocateMy Asset into four of its Service Department vehicles.
"We run our courtesy bus service within the town limits and using LocateMy Asset, we can immediately
get an idea of how far away it is, keeping both customers and the business informed," says Jenny.
City Toyota also combines LocateMy Asset and Bulk SMS. For example, the business can find out which
area the courtesy bus is located, and then send an SMS to the driver to pick up a customer in that
vicinity.
